My favorite “The Moms” with our daughters at the Mamarazzi® event celebrate a pop up store in Union Square, NYC. It was a great evening, fashion, music, health wellness with lots of smiles all embracing the culture of at the ivivva (ih-vee-vah) which is actually a word made up. Ivivva believes that both the logo and the name represent the strength and beautiful individuality in all girls.
We watched a great fashion show, mingled, ate healthy and all oowed and awed at the fantastic models who did flips and cartwheels down the runway. One of our favorite models was 4 year old Gia also featured School Yard Style. Ivivva connects girls through movement and encourage them to dream big.

I personally love LuLuemon, and have been wearing for years, and they still look great. We also shopped the latestest fashions and were treated very very well!

Great Kick off to NYFW ss 2016! I attended The MOMS and Chevy Tri-State hosted a MAMARAZZI® Event with Entertainment Tonight’s host and designer of her new exclusive EVINE Live Collection Nancy O’Dell at Il Valentino Osteria.
Nancy O'Dell's collection, which will debuted to the public on friday 9/12/15, but we got a sneak peak at a great breakfast. online at www.evievine.comne.com. O’Dell, who was wearing one of the signature jump suits from her new line, said that she drew her design inspiration from wanting something sophisticated, but with a youthful edge and listed Alexander McQueen and Alexander Wang as design inspirations. “As host of Entertainment Tonight, I’I have learned that when they need you they can find you,” She said that she makes sure that she is at the special moments and events in her family’s life. Lunch with Julianne Moore, HBO’s Game Change and MY MOM!!
This has been a crazy fun week, US Open Tennis, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week and first day of school for my daughter, and of course lunch with my fellow freckle face friend Julianne Moore .This week I feel like IM shot out of a cannon, with spanx and a juice box! Anyhow yesterday what I thought would be a relaxing day, at The 21 Club Restaurant with Mamarazz's Denise Albert and Melissa Musen Gerstein turned into a frenetic vortex of fun, new contacts and old friends all in 2 hours. In NYC a million "things" are always going on, its a city of seduction and dreams and I love it. But not always easy to get a taxi when running for the train in heels and a BIG hairdo..anyhow. This was not the first time I have met or had a encounter with Julianne Moore. I have seen her many times shopping (I would never ever bother her when picking out fabric or walking with her family) I met her at a book reading when her first book came out Freckle Face Strawberry, at ABC Carpet. Being a freckle face myself, fell in love with all her books as well as the off Broadway play about Freckle face Strawberry, so I was looking forward to reading this book to my daughter and having lunch with her and the other ladies.
In person she is a lot smaller then one would think, petite, and very slim. She had her hair down and the color was a beautiful red, looked just like the magazine covers. I wrote a article on redheads, about their energy, ck it out its true. She wore a white sheer dress,with a black Japanese style belt. Trust me not a ounce of fat, NO LUMP, BUMP or GIGGLE on this Mom. Her makeup was perfect, she was on NBC promoting her book earlier that morning so the makeup was camera ready. Very translucent, with bright lip. I have to revisit that look. Lately IM all about eyes and bronzer.
I complimented her on her dead on portrayal of Sara Palin in the HBO movie Game Change co-starring Woody Harrelson, but wanted to know what she thought of Bristals Palin's remarks how her MOM is "hotter" then how Julianne played her. http://perezhilton.com/2012-10-03-bristol-palin-julianne-moore-sarah-palin-critique#sthash.pvKsTYNk.dpbs I was surprised on how Julianne Moore answered. She said "I applaud her for sticking up for her MOM". That was sweet. She is such a NYC lady, not LA at all. Some actresses I meet, have no thoughts without a script. MEOW I said it, its true, but Julianne was smart and quick thinker and I liked her very much.
The book "My Mom" is about embracing your MOM if she is from a different country, like Julianne Mom was from Scotland. It was cute when she said she always had a hairdo, braids when she was a child. I read the book to my daughter and she loved it, it opened up conversation about Moms.
I hope they will make this book into a play like they did Freckle face Strawberry, which was great fun!

Hugh Jackman Delivers in The Wolverine and more!!
I just love going to the movies, I love the shared experience with my family and being in a theater, AMC Loews 34th Street 14 – New York, New York 10001 – AMC Theatresespecially if its a thrilling movie, I love the 3D, the smell of popcorn,the big screen, going to the theater, finding a seat, putting on my 3D glasses and being transported. I know today the home experience is so good, on your comfortable couch, with snacks, the family and the dog on your lap. It's sometimes hard to justify the time ,effort and expense, to go to the movies, but trust me this movie is worth it. The Wolverine | Official Movie Site | View Trailers | NOW PLAYING The action scenes had us screaming and cheering in and out of our seats. Hugh Jackman was exciting, his true energy and high frequency jumped off the screen. He humanizes, a comic character. If your not familiar with the comic, you will still enjoy this movie. This does have , blood, a little swearing in the right places and a great story line. I liked the message about Karma and repaying debts and that sometimes things aren't as they appear and people have different motives. I think this can open up conversation with your children in a exciting current way. In the movie the car of choice was the Audi The Wolverine Teams Up With Audi For Promotional Content | Comicbook.com , I am in love with this car. The cars World Class reputation delivered! The chauffeured Audi picked us up and drove us around all day. We went to lunch and shopped on Madison Ave, as the car waited for us outside. Okay as a NewYorker, we see it all and are so use to seeing beautiful cars that most people don't even notice. I have to tell you my experience, everywhere we went in this car, heads were turned people even snapped pictures. We felt like movie stars, this car Audi delivered the whole experience. The performance of this car on the open road was far superior then my car. I personally would love to buy this car.
The Wolverine, 2013 American-Australian superhero film featuring the Marvel Comics character Wolverine, starring my favorite Hugh Jackman. I think this movies one is the best, he brings a adrenalin filled performance that we viewed on the AMC Empire 25 3D theater was thrilling to watch, the claws, even the fashion Viper wore had me reeling. I will be sporting the black leather gloves with gold studs at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week 2014.
Okay now lets get to the good part as promised," what Hugh Jackman was really like in person?" The Mamarazzi event hosted by The MOMS Denise Albert and Melissa Musen Gerstein delivered him right to the theater (thanks girls). Security was tight, cameras filming. People snapping pictures. I was so lucky with a random seat I picked, he brushed right by me. He was tall and muscular, smelled very "clean" not heavily cologne, his energy was positive. I did my quick "energy Chakra scan", on him. I felt heat coming from his shoulders, I could tell he had a lot on his mind, he is a thinker, very smart. He handled the media and fans with grace and had a humble confidence. A genuine nice guy, a hard worker, family man. He talked about his family and not being away from them more then two weeks. I liked that. My daughter could not wait to ask him a question. She was brought to the front.
She asked "Would you ever like to be Wolverine?" He answered and said "sometimes!" He said he can get grumpy like anyone, and likes the power of the claws, all he does is have to show the claws. "There are so many areas of that Japanese story, I love the idea of this kind of anarchic character, the outsider, being in this world – I can see it anesthetically, too – full of honor and tradition and customs and someone who’s really anti-all of that, and trying to negotiate his way. The idea of the samurai, too – and the tradition there. It’s really great. In the comic book he gets his ass kicked by a couple of samurai – not even mutants. He’s shocked by that at first." Overall I give this movie a A+ !! The Moms and kids loved the movie!!
