Wow, we were on Page6  in the New York Post with this The famous music video shot by Bryan Griffin in Pelham. While waiting for my hair and makeup to be done, at Glamsense Diva Beauty Bar http://www.glamsensedivas.com/ I interviewed the legenary MTV Dr. Dre, I liked his answer and his advise to Nicki and Cardi keep creating and stop fighting, he also stated that the artist dont't win when they fight with each other. The only people who win are the promoters selling T-shirts!This was my first music video and it was fun. I enjoyed is the creative people involved. Our  talented Pop star Aaron Paul, http://www.aaronpaulmusic.com  who is a multi-talented singer, songwriter, model, and fashionista was prepared with 7 outfit changes, from, hats, shoes, boots, rings and makeup. One ring even flew off his finger while he was dancing. IMG_1165Snatched was a silly fun movie, dumped by her boyfriend on the eve of their vacation, impetuous dreamer Emily Middleton (Amy Schumer) persuades her cautious mother, Linda (Goldie Hawn), to accompany her on an exotic getaway to South America.  Opposites, Emily and Linda must soon work through their differences to escape from a wildly outrageous and dangerous jungle adventure funny, entertaining. But the best part was meeting Amy and Goldie at TheMom's blogger movie premier event on Park Ave in New York City. The interview was serious at times but Amy true to herself was hysterical The moms interviewed and hosted Amy Schumer and Goldie Hawn for a Mamaraazzi event in NYC for their new movie Snatched. They sat down with The MOMS to dish on the film and during the interview Amy admitted “her uterus remains empty for now, but she would like to have kids someday.” I also gave Amy Schumer a crystal for good energy and she liked it! I gave the one to Donald Trump too, hey we all need good energy, maybe on a higher level it will help. We all had a absolute blast and even all dance together in honor of #DanceforBreastCancerChallenge.

September is National Yoga month it's a perfect time to get "bendy" yoga well known to increased strength stamina and flexibility. I have been practicing yoga for years and it does enhance your ability to stay focused on task improve your attitude and decreases anxiety. I also think it helps you to feel Zen, focus, and even loose weight. When you feel good you look good! I find after I go to yoga class, my creativity and communication skills are much better. Yoga is fantastic it will only help you improve your overall health and well-being and mental function. 5. Yoga is honoring your body and making yourself feel good, makes me feel centered when all the energy is flowing and the blood is pumping.

images-15I call this on the go YOGA! Sometimes we are not able to get to the yoga studio, here are 3 poses I'm sure you know already know just be mindful when doing feel Zen and practice yoga on the go! Slow down and breathe, sip your honey and water.

1. "Half dog"Makha" Svanasana

Hold on to chair lean forward in bend over. This perfect for relieving back pain if you've been sitting for a while on the bus or train just lean over and let your body hang. 


2. "Chair pose" Utkstasana  this strengthens your shins leg gluteus, of course, bring your feet to gather or hip width apart reach her tailbone towards the floor back straight and she said into an imaginary chair reach your fingertips towards the ceiling. 


3. "Forward bend" Uttanasana 

Place both feet firmly on the floor and place your fingertips are palms next to the outer edge of each foot pull your torso feel forward and just do a nice stretch. 

4. Tree pose is easy to do and helps get you back in balance.

Happy Earth Day 2016! To celebrate such an important occasion, I have curated a special selection of mouth-watering items that will make your life easier and more environmentally-conscious. Who said that green couldn't be chic?

1. Lavender aromatherapy candle by Lather ($10): This gorgeous candle is made exclusively with natural ingredients. Manufactured with paraffin-free and 100% natural soy wax, a spun cotton wick, lavender essential oil and lavender buds, this wonderful candle quickly scents the room with a soothing and calming fragrance. This is one of my personal favorite candles to pair with a relaxing bath or for burning after a stressful day, right before I go to bed.
 
2. Organic Manuka Honey Lozenges by Wedderspoon ($11.99): Want to bring some USDA Organic Certified goodness in your life? These eucalyptus lozenges are a life saver. Chock-full with manuka honey and bee propolis, they are great to soothe raspy throats without synthetic nasties. One bath bomb is enough to draw a relaxing bath that also soothes and calms the skin (mine is extremely dry, and I have found these beauties also leave it hydrated. Yay!) Well, you've just found your soul mate: I sometimes believe I left my green hand back in Spain. This wonderful invention by Back To The Roots allows you to plant non-GMO/ USD organic-certified basil (shown in picture), cilantro, sage, and dill in the comfort of your own windowsill. As easy as opening the can, putting the seeds, and watering them, this cute kit allows makes it fun and easy to harvest your own organic herbs. 5. Pure Castile Rose Liquid Soap by Dr. Bronner ($10.99/ 16 oz.): This liquid soap boasts one of the cleanest vegetable oil-based formulas out there. Made with organic and certified fair-trade ingredients, Dr. Bronner's soap is created after the original formulas originating from the Castile region in Spain, with which I'm personally acquainted. Vegetable oil-based Castile soaps have been used in my country for centuries, and I'm really glad to report that Dr. Bronner's formula is very much what I expected.

This is a genuinely ecological and simple soap that can be used for almost anything: To clean your face, your body, or even your home – it's a great ally to wash food, do the dishes, get a sparkling laundry, mop your floors, or clean your pets– with no synthetic preservatives, detergents or foaming agents. This means no Sodium Lauryl/Laureth Sulfate, a common chemical detergent to which I am extremely allergic. I personally use Dr. Bronner's Pure Castile Liquid Soap to clean my kitchen and my bathroom; by mixing it with baking soda, it attacks the toughest grease stains. However, and because it is a very concentrated formula, you need to dilute it to get the best results. 6. #Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel perfect for#kids Birthday Party

Sheraton New York Time Square #kids #parties, oh yes! I highly recommend it was a blast, for Mom and Dad too!

Parents, do you have fun at your kids party? I think last year when the Hawaiian luau had to be moved indoors because of the storm, and I had to cancel the flame throwers and hire my trainer from the gym to entertain, as well as the zumba teacher to be the Hula dancer, I said to myself the next year I'm having a fun, stress free party. I love my daughters birthday, she was born on Mothers's Day so its always a special to me. I've done sleepovers, backyard Hawaiian parties, spa parties, Lady bug party, Alice in Wonderland, Broadway, Candy Land. Even when I have it at a restaurant, its still lugging decorations, gift bags, and the after party party! This year I wanted to do something that was enjoyable for my husband and myself. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed all the other parties but this year I left it to  to the incredible, professionals at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

​We all had the best time, the service and attention to detail was beyond. When we walked into the adjoining suites  and balloons, elegant hand written birthday note, chocolate covered strawberries, apple cider champagne, cake music playing  more, it set the mood for a fabulous celebration.The manager, and staff were attentive, engaged and made the party effortless. We all had the best time!

The view of the city was amazing, the food at the hotel outstanding. Time Square had the energy and excitement. New York City has a energy that no other city in the world has.

It was one snowy day right after the storm hit the city. The weather was freezing cold and sunny and the road was extremely messy. I had to get up from the bed at 8 am and dressed up for Kung Fu Panda 3  screening event with Kate Hudson and Lucy Liu, by www.themoms.com  but that was not what excited me; the only reason to why I had the enthusiasm to get up and dress early in the morning in a freezing weather was the opportunity to learn from Cherie Corso.
